FAQ
Our Roasting & Quality
Why don't you roast your own coffee in-house?
We partner with Temecula Coffee Roasters, a local roasting company here in Southern California. They handle the roasting, quality control, and fulfillment of every order. This isn't mass production—it's small-batch roasting on demand, which means your coffee is roasted fresh when you order it.
How do I know your coffee is actually small-batch and not mass-produced?
Great question. Here's what we do:
- Roast to order. We roast in batches up to 12lb, with no minimum order. Your coffee is roasted specifically for your order, not sitting in a warehouse.
- Track every batch. Temecula logs every roast, so we know exactly when and how your coffee was made.
- Quality control. If something's wrong—wrong grind, damage in shipping, or quality issues—we make it right with replacements or refunds.
- Transparent sourcing. We're honest about our supply chain. No hidden warehouses. No mystery.
Is this a scam?
No. We're a small crew focused on one thing: roasting great coffee that funds ocean conservation. We're not trying to get rich quick or cut corners. Our refund and privacy policies are clear, we have a review system in place to catch and fix issues, and 10% of every order goes directly to ocean conservation partners.

Our Mission
Where does the 10% go?
10% of every order funds ocean conservation initiatives. We partner with trusted organizations like the Pacific Marine Mammal Center, Ocean Institute, and 4ocean to support reef restoration, marine life protection, and ocean cleanup.
We're transparent about this—no greenwashing. You can see impact reports and updates from our conservation partners on our site.
Why ocean conservation?
We're ocean lovers. Our brand was born on the water, for people who live the ocean lifestyle. Giving back isn't a marketing angle—it's core to who we are.
