At Paddle & Pour, we believe your personal information deserves the same care we put into our coffee. We only collect what we need to get your order to your door and give you a great experience — nothing more. Here's the straightforward version of how it all works.
The short version: We collect your name, address, and payment info to fulfill your orders. We use Shopify to run our store. We don't sell your personal data. We send emails only if you opt in. You can ask us to delete your info anytime.
What We Collect
We only collect information that's directly tied to getting you your coffee and keeping your account running smoothly. That includes your contact details (name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number), payment information to process your order, your order history so we can help with any questions, and basic device and browsing info (like your IP address and browser type) that helps us keep the site working and secure.
We're not building profiles on you. We're not harvesting data we don't need. If it doesn't help us serve you better, we're not interested in it.
Where It Comes From
Most of it comes directly from you — when you create an account, place an order, or send us a message. Some technical info (like browser type and how you navigate the site) is collected automatically to keep things running. Our service providers, like Shopify, may also process certain information on our behalf.
How We Use It
To fulfill your orders. Processing payments, arranging shipping, handling returns and exchanges, and keeping your account up to date.
To communicate with you. Order confirmations, shipping updates, and customer support. If you've opted in, we may also send occasional promotions — and you can unsubscribe from those anytime.
To keep things secure. Protecting against fraud, verifying accounts, and maintaining a safe shopping experience for everyone.
To improve the experience. Understanding how people use the site so we can make it better — things like which pages load slowly or where people get stuck.
Who We Share It With
We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with the partners who help us run the store and deliver your orders — Shopify (our platform), payment processors, shipping carriers, and similar service providers. They only receive what they need to do their job.
We may also share information if required by law (like responding to a subpoena), or in connection with a business transition. But we're a small-batch coffee company — these situations are rare.

Our site uses cookies to keep your cart working, remember your preferences, and understand general site traffic. We're not tracking you across the internet.
