Some of the items in our shop — from recurring coffee deliveries to pre-orders and try-before-you-buy selections — come with a little extra flexibility built in. Here's how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases whenever life calls for a shift.
Subscriptions
When you subscribe with Paddle & Pour, you're setting up repeat deliveries of the coffee (or tea) you love — on a schedule that works for you. Your payment details are stored securely, and you'll be charged for each delivery unless you've chosen to pay in advance.
Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their cycle. If you'd rather not continue, no hard feelings — you can cancel anytime. Need to adjust your frequency, swap a blend, or pause for a bit? You can manage all of that directly from the link in your order confirmation email.
Pre-Orders
Sometimes we have something special on the horizon — a limited roast, a seasonal blend, or a product that's not quite ready to ship. When you place a pre-order, you're reserving your spot. We may collect a partial deposit or no payment at checkout, securely store your payment method, and charge the full or remaining balance once your order is fulfilled.
Changed your mind before it ships? You can cancel a pre-order that hasn't been fulfilled yet. If it's already on its way to you, we can't cancel the order — but you're welcome to reach out about a full or partial refund.
Try Before You Buy
Curious about something new? With try-before-you-buy, we authorize your payment method before shipping your order — but we don't charge you right away. You'll have a set window of time to decide if it's a keeper. If you love it (and we think you will), just hang on to it and we'll charge your payment method after the trial period ends. If it's not the right fit, simply return it before time's up and you won't be charged a thing.
