Refund & Replacement Policy

We stand behind every bag, every blend, every order.

At Paddle & Pour, we roast and ship small-batch coffee quickly — so it reaches you at peak freshness. If something isn't right when it arrives, we want to hear about it. We'll always do our best to make it right.


Coffee

Because coffee is a food product, we're unable to accept returns on opened bags. That said, we know things happen in transit — and we've got you covered. We'll happily replace or refund any coffee order that arrives damaged, incorrect (wrong blend, wrong grind), or is lost in transit after carrier confirmation.

Damaged or incorrect orders: Please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

Lost-in-transit orders: Please reach out within 14 days of the ship date.

Merchandise & Apparel

Not quite the right fit? For unworn, unused merchandise and apparel, we offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Items need to be in their original condition — unwashed, untouched, and ready to find a new home.

Return shipping is on the customer unless the item showed up damaged or wasn't what you ordered — in that case, we'll take care of it.
