Barrel & Brine starts with specialty-grade Guatemalan beans — already rich and complex on their own. Then we age them for a full 30 days inside genuine bourbon whiskey barrels, where the green beans slowly absorb the deep oak, vanilla, and caramel character that only real barrel aging can deliver. After 30 days, they're pulled and roasted to order — meaning your bag hasn't been sitting on a shelf. It was roasted for you.

The result is unlike anything else in our lineup. Smoky, layered, and unmistakably bold — with warm bourbon sweetness woven through every sip. No alcohol, no artificial flavor. Just time, wood, and exceptional coffee doing what they do.
