Alajuela Wave comes from micro farms in the Alajuela province of Costa Rica, where Caturra and Catuai varietals grow in rich volcanic soil at over 1,300 meters. The beans are eco-pulped and sun-dried, preserving their natural sweetness and clean acidity.
