These beans come from the same Peruvian cooperative in the Piura and Amazonas regions that produces our regular Andean Current, grown at 1,100–1,700 meters in rich clay mineral soil. The difference? They're decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process — a chemical-free method that strips the caffeine but keeps every bit of flavor intact.

The result is a smooth, caramel-forward cup with silky sweetness and just a touch of citrus brightness. It's the coffee you reach for on a sunset paddle, a late-night fireside pour, or anytime you want the ritual without the restlessness.
